Biond Biologics is a private, clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing first-in-class immunotherapies for the treatment of cancer and immune-mediated diseases.

Biond focuses on targeting novel immune regulatory pathways across both the innate and adaptive immune systems, aiming to overcome tumor-induced immune suppression and restore effective anti-tumor immunity.
Our clinical-stage pipeline includes differentiated programs such as BND-22, a Phase 2 anti-ILT2 checkpoint inhibitor, and BND-67, a first-in-class therapy targeting CD28 shedding, designed to enhance effector T-cell activity while modulating regulatory T cells. These programs are supported by biomarker-driven clinical development and are being evaluated in combination with established immunotherapies.
By addressing key mechanisms of immune evasion, Biond’s approach is designed to unlock durable and clinically meaningful responses in patients with high unmet need.
