BND-67
BND-67 is a first-in-class anti-CD28 shedding antibody, that binds to CD28 receptors on T cells and blocks CD28 shedding.
BND-67 dual mechanism leads to an increase in the activity of T effector cells, and reduction of T regulatory cells function. BND-67 has been developed for the treatment of solid tumors as monotherapy and in combination with T cell activating therapies like PD-1/PDL-1 blocker and T cell engagers. See link to product page for more information on the mode of action of BND-67.
BND-67-002 study is a first-in-human Phase 1 multi-center, open-label dose escalation study to evaluate the safety and tolerability, maximum tolerated dose or optimal biologic dose (OBD), pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics (PD), and preliminary antitumor activity of BND-67, administered alone and in combination with an anti-Programmed Cell Death Protein Ligand-1 (PDL-1) antibody. The study will enroll advanced cancer patients with select solid tumor types. Participants’ tumors and peripheral blood are sampled before treatment and during treatment, to identify and confirm predictive biomarkers to be used in further clinical development.
